THE TEAM BEHIND MOMentum

At MOMentum, we are a team of Canadian Olympians, Paralympians, athlete mothers, and PhD students driven by a shared passion for reshaping sport for women. With firsthand experience across elite competition, motherhood, and academic research, we understand the barriers athletes face. That’s why we’re committed to breaking them down - offering support, driving change, and ensuring no athlete ever has to choose between sport and family. Together, we’re creating a future where Canadian women can chase their Olympic and Paralympic dreams while having the freedom to plan their families.
